How it works

Each track runs the full school year: nine monthly series, one topic each, with four weekly sessions. Staff complete one session a week and finish each series by month's end, building the methodology one week at a time.

ResolvED's cinematic, research-backed video training equips school staff with practical Alternative Dispute Resolution and Negotiation skills they can apply immediately in real school settings.

The General Education Track

For public school teachers, staff, and administrators handling everyday conflict and family communication.

Special Education Track

Implementation is reinforced at two levels:

  • Quarterly check-ins with participating staff: to track progress and work through real situations as they come up. 
Monthly leadership reviews with superintendents, SELPA directors, heads of school and/or boards, to monitor findings and confirm conflict and complaints are going down.
